1. Design basic：

Raw water quality analysis report of client:

The Dissolved Solids salt composition of water of 5 g/l.

Output pure water quality can reach User requirement.

Capacity: 25m3/hr (Final output)

Water temperature：2—45 degree

Voltage and Frequency: 380V/50HZ

Recovery rate: 60%,

Low pressure pipes material use UPVC. High pressure pipes RO adopt SS304 material

2. Client supply basic condition：

Plant size: 13.5*2m*3.6m, floor smooth, floor ground has drain trench.

Water quality basic steady, pressure steady.

All storage tanks, user power supply: 40KW

3.Control method of industrial reverse osmosis ro plant:

- Whole system use PLC full/semi automatically control model, both model can be exchanged accordingly.

- Sand&Carbon filter with auto and manual back flush.

- The RO system automatic flushing at each start up and shutdown.

- High water level auto stop, low water level auto start.

- Pump protected without water.

- Protected when no power, poor power, larger electrical current, leakage, short circuit.

- Warning Voice alarms when anomalous water level/pressure.

- Bacteria& endotoxin removable rate: 99.8%.

Process flow of industrial reverse osmosis ro plant

Raw tank(user should be do aeration tank and doing system)  →Feed water pump →sands filter →antiscalant dosing system →Security filter→high-pressure pump →RO system→ Purified product tank →outlet water

Raw aeration water tank (user prepare)

Function：aeration oxidation.

Cline tube sedimentation tank: reduce turbidity, let the water sediment and fresh the water.

1. Storage water tank

Function:With high, low water level control. Regulating  water supply to the system, to prevent the effects of water insufficient, effective protect the work of raw water pump.

2. Feed water pump

Function：Provide power for the pretreatment system’s normal work, with high overheat protector, pressure controller. Failure alarm.

3. Sand filter

Function：Remove excessive iron in the water.

Features：The tank is made of carbon steel, anti-acid and anti-alkali corrosion.

4.Antiscalant dosing system

Function : Used in front of UF or RO device, with the function, extend reverse osmosis system happen inorganic salt scaling time, to protect reverse osmosis membrane system.

5. Security filter

Remove more tiny impurities, prevent resin leakage, effective protect RO membrane.

6. RO System

Function：Provide power for the 1st RO membrane normal work, with high overheat protector, pressure controller. Failure alarm.

RO pure water tank.

7. Purified water storage tank

Function：Store purified water, equipped with stainless steel bracket and a water level controller.
