1. Design basic of water filter system for well water：
Source water quality analysis report: Given by user and water, Conductivity 2300us/cm.
Output pure water quality: for Barrel water.
Voltage and Frequency: Equipped with user local Voltage and frequency 3 phase.
2. Client supply basic condition of water filter system for well water：
Plant size: 9.5m*1m*1.8m, required floor smooth, floor ground should have drain trench.
Water quality basis steady, pressure steady
User should prepare the Source water& permeate water tank .
User power supply: 19KW
3. Control method of water filter system for well water:
- Whole system use full/semi automatically control model, both model can be exchanged accordingly.
- Sand Carbon filter with auto and manual forward wash and back flush.
- The RO system automatic flushing at each startup and shutdown.
- High water level auto stop, low water level auto start.
- Pump protected without water.
- Protected when no power, poor power, larger electrical current, leakage, short circuit.
4. Process flow of water filter system for well water:
Source water tank →Feed water pump →Iron remove filter→ sands filter → active carbon filter →PP sediment filter →RO system →Ozone generator→ permeate tank →UV sterilizer→Use point
