Detail introduction of demineralized DM water plant

1.Storage /Source /Raw tank(User prepare)

With high, low water level control. Regulate water supply to the pre-treatment, prevent the effects of water insufficient, effective protect the work of booster pump.

2. Feed water pump---Provide power for the sand & active carbon filter and RO system.

2. Sand filter--- remove the turbid and other suspended particles.

3. Anion resin filter remove the water Anionic

4. Cation resin filter  remove the water anion

Process flow of demineralized DM water plant

1st process: Source water tank →Feed water pump → Muti- media filter → Active carbon filter(Option) → Anion resin filter→Cation resin filter→product tank.

2nd process: Source water tank →Feed water pump → Muti- media filter → Active carbon filter(Option) → Anion resin filter→Cation resin filter→product tank→Mix bed feed water pump →Ion exchange mix bed →Filter→Product water.
